So I’m digging the idea of taking something that you want tattooed on you but is common (Tinkerbell) and finding a way to make it original. That’s a win.
But this looks like it was a high school doodle. The writing is sloppy and unbalanced; the proportions are awkward (not sexy); the coloring is crayony… it’s just a bad reference drawing.
And really, if the arm holding the wand was down by her side like the other one…. it would be way longer than her other arm. Same with the raised leg.
What the tattoo artist should have done is taken the idea and made something much better but just as original. Here is a couple examples of different Tinkerbell art that could have been suited for a tattoo:
